Body Art Therapies are a series of connected workshops where we explore connections of body, mind and soul through self-massage and movement with storytelling, writing, acting, performance and various art therapeutic exercises in order to bring positive changes into the life of an individual and change its experience. The sessions are led by Dominika Rau – Sports Massage Therapist and Performer.
The sessions are directed to everyone who’s ready for change and weekly commitment of participation.
Cardiff Women’s Aid are a specialist agency which works to end violence against women, and support those who have experienced it. These classes are open to all women, but are especially suitable if you have experienced domestic abuse, controlling and coercive behaviour, sexual violence/abuse, sexual harassment or assault, stalking, forced marriage, “honour-based” violence, or any other form of violence against women. You do not need to have used our services before to attend these classes.
