Relax in Twenty for Women with Recipe for Life (online)

Join us on Zoom for our ‘Relax in Twenty’, in which you will learn three relaxing things to use anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
1. How to use your breath to bring a calm, peaceful feeling.
2. How to link your breath and body to release tension and feel calmer.
3. How to link your breath, body and imagination to take a break from the daily grind.
Before Zooming into this relaxation session, there are some basic things to be aware of beforehand, so please grab a cuppa and a biscuit, sip and nibble away a few minutes of lockdown with the little pre-relax in twenty info snap shot on our Eventbrite page.
Cardiff Women’s Aid are a specialist agency which works to end violence against women, and support those who have experienced it. These classes are open to all women, but are especially suitable if you have experienced domestic abuse, controlling and coercive behaviour, sexual violence/abuse, sexual harassment or assault, stalking, forced marriage, “honour-based” violence, or any other form of violence against women. You do not need to have used our services before to attend these classes.
