Wellbeing Massage Workshop for Women (online)

An event every week that begins at 12:00 on Monday, repeating until 3 May, 2021
Mondays 12 – 1pm on Zoom
The massage session is designed to meet specific and unique needs for those experiencing pain, tension and stress.
Come along and learn how massage can be beneficial to you in your everyday life.
Demonstration will include a self-care massage and working in pairs to learn massage techniques to relieve pain and tension.
Topics covered during the course:
• Indian Head Massage
• Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
• Hands & Arms Massage
• Foot & Legs Massage

Cardiff Women’s Aid are a specialist agency which works to end violence against women, and support those who have experienced it. These classes are open to all women, but are especially suitable if you have experienced domestic abuse, controlling and coercive behaviour, sexual violence/abuse, sexual harassment or assault, stalking, forced marriage, “honour-based” violence, or any other form of violence against women. You do not need to have used our services before to attend these classes.
