Women’s Fitness with That Girl Training Thursday (online)

Have you been wanting to get fit, but not sure where to start, or feel intimated by the idea? Would you like to start moving and gaining strength and confidence in a women-only virtual space for free? This is a unique opportunity to access That Girl Training classes online, Tuesdays 11.30am-12.30pm and Thursdays 3-4pm. Check out their website at https://thatgirltraining.com.
It’s our mission to help as many women as possible become That Girl they long to be. Our sessions are total-body workouts, using bodyweight exercises and a variety of strength techniques. Our warm, welcoming community is designed to make you feel comfortable taking that first step outside of your comfort zone and into a fitness class, so our sessions cater for women of all levels and abilities.
We take care of our members through every stage of their lives, from teen to pregnancy, pre and post-menopausal and older adults. We are passionate about supporting as many women as possible build confidence in their ability to take control of their health and happiness.
When you come to our virtual sessions on Zoom, please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, and remember to have a towel and a bottle of water to hand during the session.
Cardiff Women’s Aid are a specialist agency which works to end violence against women, and support those who have experienced it. These classes are open to all women, but are especially suitable if you have experienced domestic abuse, controlling and coercive behaviour, sexual violence/abuse, sexual harassment or assault, stalking, forced marriage, “honour-based” violence, or any other form of violence against women. You do not need to have used our services before to attend these classes.
