Free Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing workshops for women on Zoom (online).
Weekly on Thursdays 10.30 – 11.30am.
These classes are nurturing and accessible to all, with gentle movements focusing on building up your balance and a natural place of calm that you can return to, even when everything else feels unstable.
The classes offer a space to learn and explore the sequence within ourselves, combining movement, stillness and flow, helping us into a more calm and balanced state of being. We also practice seated relaxation and mindfulness in every session to deepen our experience of self awareness.
Please wear loose-fitting clothes to enable you to move freely.
